EAP has staff specifically trained in providing consultation regarding strategic planning, executive coaching, organizational issues like workplace policy formation and implementation (EXAMPLE: Drug-Free Workplace Policy), workforce morale issues and violence in the workplace.

Supervisory Training

We teach managers to use EAP.

Your managers receive in-person training in how and when to use EAP services. This in-person training includes how to identify a troubled employee, how to communicate with employees regarding performance issues, and the EAP supervisory referral process.
